Description
An online, multisensory program for teaching fundamental E.F.L. reading, writing and spelling in the simplest and most enjoyable way possible, with tutor support.
Approved by the Ministry of Education
As technology is a huge part of today’s educational landscape and children are learning more online than ever before, the new Linkit to Read® Online program has been adapted to the challenges of keeping learning multisensory by combining the traditional style of interactive teaching and learning with online teaching practices.
The program assists learners in coping with “the new norm” of learning online with the support of face-to-face teaching.
The learners acquire the necessary tools and strategies needed to activate the senses. The more senses that are activated in the learning process, the more knowledge retention is increased. With a positive learning experience, the learner is inspired with confidence both in themselves and in their abilities.
One of the biggest challenges teachers face with online teaching is keeping the learners engaged and motivated. Linkit to Read® Online provides off-line tasks such as drawing, colouring, throwing dice and playing games, all under the supervision of a tutor. The games included in the program makes learning fun, uses the senses, and provides stimulated repetition, an essential element for learning success.
